She had just gotten home from a hard day at work and soaked in the tub. She went downstairs, sat on the couch and planned on a quiet evening at home by herself, even though she missed the guys like crazy. She sat down on the couch and started to watch TV when her doorbell rang.

"Now who could this be," she said getting up off the couch. She answered the door and it was all the guys.

"Aahh Matt," she screamed giving him a big hug.

"Aahh Tia," he screamed mocking her and hugging her back. Adam, Jeff and Jason all followed and greeted her with huge hugs at the door.

"Hey Tia," Jeff said. "We brought you something."

"Really? What is it," she said closing the door. Before she could get it halfway closed, she felt something stopping it. She opened it back up and was absolutely shocked.

"Oh my god Andrew," she screamed and threw her arms around his neck.

"Hey baby. I missed you so much," he said hugging her back.

"Oh, I missed you too." They stood in the doorway still hugging and kissing each other when Jeff interrupted.

"I'm glad you like our gift and all, but close the door, you're letting bugs in the house." "Sorry," Andrew said closing the door. They got settled, ordered some food and sat down to eat and talk.

"I'm so surprised you guys are here. I wasn't expecting you until next week."

"Well our shows got moved up and we wanted to surprise you."

"You know, I love watching the tapes that you send me. You guys are really great." "Thanks," they all said practically at once.

"Oh that reminds me, I never got to watch this weeks' tape."

"Well let's watch it now."

"All right. You guys clean this up and I'll go get it."

They cleaned up the mess from the take-out and Tiara went upstairs to get the tape. As she was putting the tape in the VCR, Jeff was coming out of the kitchen and she noticed his beard.

"Jeff come here." He walked over to her.

"Let me see this," she said lifting up his chin. She traced the outline of it.

"You like it?"

"Like it? I love it! When did you do it?"

"Last week."

"That is really something else. I really like that."

"I thought you would," he said smiling.

"Are we gonna watch the tape, or talk about Jeff's beard," Adam said from the floor. "Sorry."

Tiara pushed play then went to join Andrew on the couch. He was slouched in the corner with one leg up on the couch so she laid in between his legs and leaned up against his chest. They watched the tape and afterwards they told her that if she felt up to it, she could go to their house show the next night or their Heat or Raw tapings. They all worked out sleeping arrangements; Matt and Jeff were in the living room, Adam and Jason were in their usual room and Andrew slept with Tiara.

When Andrew and Tiara were going upstairs to her room, he told her that he had something to tell her.

"Well, what is it," she asked as they got into the bed.

"Well, you know how all of the guys have been planning to be wrestlers since high school right?"

"Yeah."

"And how I had been planning to play hockey professionally, right?"

"Yeah."

"Well, recently I decided I don't want to do that anymore. I wanna wrestle."

"Really? That's great."

"Yeah. But there's one other thing." ----1

"What," she asked knowing it was something she didn't want to hear.

"Well I've already started training and everything, but I have to go to their training camp. And it's in Tennessee."

"Tennessee? But that's so far away. How long do you have to stay there," she said with tears starting to form in her eyes.

"It could be from a year to possibly two years."

"Two years," she said crying. "Am I ever going to get to see you during these two years?"

"No."

"No?"

"They want me to stay there as much as possible. They really believe in me and want to get me on the roster as soon as possible. They said I have real potential."

She turned around with her back to Andrew and just let her tears fall to her pillow. "Come on Tia, don't cry," he said turning her so that she was lying on her back. He wiped her tears from her face and started kissing her.

"Andrew stop. I feel icky and I'm a mess," she protested.

"No you're not," he said moving on top of her and kissing her neck. He started letting his hands roam all over her body. "If you let me, I can make you feel, not icky." She looked at him and he smiled at her. "Can I?" Oh god this was torture. She had to admit, it felt good and she hadn't seen him in almost two months. She shook her head 'yes' and he kissed her deeply. He wiped away the rest of her tears and made love to her.

The next morning when she woke up, Andrew was lying in bed staring at her.

"Morning sexy."

"Morning yourself."

"Did you enjoy yourself last night," he said with a smile putting his arm around her.

"You know it," she said giving him a kiss.

They laid there staring at each other for a while. She didn't want to ask the question, but she knew she'd have to eventually.

"When do you have to leave?"

"My flight leaves tonight."

"Oh. At least we'll have a few hours together," she said sadly.

"Don't look so sad. It's not like we'll never see each other again."

"I know, but it could be a year or more," she said starting to cry.

"And my love for you will never fade. I'll be thinking about you everyday."

"Andrew. That is so sweet," she said crying.

"Oh baby don't cry," he said wiping away her tears. "Come on. Let's go get you washed up and we'll have some breakfast okay?" She shook her head and he took her into the bathroom and they took a shower together. They came out of the bathroom and got dressed and went into the kitchen. By now all the guys were up and Matt was finishing up breakfast.

"Morning all. Did you guys sleep okay?"

"Yeah. And I take it you slept well also," Jeff said with a knowing smile.

"Yes I did if you must know," she said with a smile and hit him in the back.

"Breakfast is ready," Matt said walking away with his plate piled sky-high. All the guys rushed over to the stove and got huge servings of breakfast like they hadn't been fed in days. She always laughed at how hungry they seemed to be. When she and Andrew finally got to the stove there was hardly any food left.

"You go 'head Andrew. You need it more than I do."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah. Go 'head."

"Thanks Tia. You're the best," he said kissing her.

"Yeah, yeah I know," she said walking over to the table and sat down next to Jason. "Want some," he asked offering her a piece of his pancakes.

"No thanks, you go ahead and eat."

"I can always eat later, and you know I will. Come on, I'll share it with you."

"Are you sure Jason?"

"I'm positive. Now here," he said feeding her some pancakes. She finished chewing, "Thanks babe."

"No problem, but lunch is on you."

She smiled.

Adam watched the two from the living room and smiled. He always knew that they shared something special. They seemed to be the only two people who didn't know it. ----2

After breakfast, there were a bunch of dishes piled up in the sink. At the mention of cleaning up the dishes, everyone suddenly had to take a shower or do something else. Matt offered to do it, but she told him no since he had cooked for everyone. Andrew offered to help her so they cleaned the kitchen together. When they had finally finished, all the guys were in the living room watching "The Matrix".

"Hey guys, we'll be right back," Andrew said taking Tiara's hand and leading her out the door.

"Where are we going?"

"You'll find out."

They got into his car and drove off in the direction of the high school. About 10 minutes later, Andrew pulled up into the school's parking lot.

"Andrew, why are we here?"

"I wanted to come back here before I left. After all, this is where I first met you."

"Oh Andrew," she said hugging him.

They went to sit on the bleachers and just sat there for a while. Not really talking, just enjoying each other's company with the little time they had left together. A few hours later, they got up and headed back to the car.

"Man I'm hungry."

"When aren't you hungry?"

"Ha ha. Wanna go pick up something to eat?"

"Sure."

They went to Rita's and got a few sandwiches then headed back to the house.

"Hey guys. Who's hungry," she said walking in the door with a box of food.

"I am," they all exclaimed at once following her into the kitchen.

"I'm starving," Adam said.

"How can you be starving? We just had breakfast a few hours ago."

"So?"

"Never mind," she said shaking her head.

"I guess we shouldn't tell her about the snack we just had then," Adam whispered to Jeff.

She looked up at the two. "Have you guys been raiding my fridge again?"

They just looked down at the floor. She just shook her head again and began to pass out the food.

She had dished out food to Matt, Adam, Andrew and Jeff and they all went into the living room to eat. All that was left were her and Jason.

"Okay Jase, what do you want?"

"What are you having?"

"Veal parm on spaghetti."

"Sounds good. I think I'll have half of that."

She just looked at him.

"What did you think I meant when I said lunch was on you?"

She smiled. "Okay. I guess it's only fair."

They sat down at the table and started to eat. Matt looked into the kitchen and saw Tiara and Jason laughing and having a good time. Truly enjoying each other's company. He knew that they belonged together, and he was going to help them realize it.

After they finished lunch, they all sat down to watch a movie. A few hours later, when the movie was over, the guys got ready to go to their house show. They all didn't need to go, but they figured they'd let Tiara and Andrew spend their last few hours together. ----3

"So what time is your flight?"

"Eight." She looked at her watch. It was five minutes to six.

"I guess you should start getting ready then."

"I guess so."

They went upstairs to her room and started packing. At about 7:30 he left. It was hard, but not the hardest thing she'd ever done.

Hours later, the guys came back home and Tia was lying on the couch watching TV. They all said hello then headed to the kitchen. A few minutes later, they all came back into the living room with stuff to eat.

"Want some," Jeff asked offering her a piece of his sandwich sitting next to her on the couch.

"No thanks," she said laughing.

"What's so funny?"

"It's just that your appetites never cease to amaze me."

"Well we are growing wrestlers. Plus we did just come back from doing a show."

"Excuses, excuses. Anyway how was the show?"

"It went well. We did our job well and that's what counts."

They finished eating and cleaned up their mess before returning to the living room. Jeff sat at her feet on the couch, Jason sat in front of her on the floor and Matt and Adam sat in chairs across from each other.

"So what's on TV," Adam asked.

"I don't know. I think HBO's showing "Analyze This" tonight. Let's watch that."

Adam put it on HBO and they watched the movie. About a half an hour into the movie, Tiara started playing with Jason's hair. She loved his hair. It was so soft and felt like heavy silk. He didn't mind at all. He loved it when she played in his hair. He smiled as he felt her fingers dancing around in his hair. Matt and Adam looked at the two and smiled. They looked up at each other and noticed they had just witnessed the same thing. They gave each other a look as if to say, "Are you checking this out?!" They both gave each other that smile that said, "Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing." A while later, Jason felt her fingers stop moving. He turned around and looked at her and she was sleeping.

"Hey guys, I'll be right back. I'm gonna go put Tia to bed."

"Yeah, yeah okay. Just be quiet about it. This is a funny part," Adam said obviously into the movie.

Jason picked her slowly up off of the couch trying not to wake her. He carried her up the stairs and set her down gently on the bed. He didn't want her to be uncomfortable so he found a pair of shorts and a tank top and put them on her. Amazingly, she never woke up. He put her under the covers, kissed her goodnight and went back downstairs. Jeff was in the kitchen getting more to eat so Jason took this opportunity to get a space on the couch. He laid in the space Tiara had previously occupied. He smiled when he inhaled the scent that belonged only to her on the pillow and fabric on the couch. Adam caught what Jason was doing and smiled to himself.

"He is so in love with her it's not even funny," he thought to himself.

They finished watching "Analyze This" and Adam and Jason went to their room to sleep. Adam wanted to talk to Jason about Tiara now, but he decided it would be best to wait a while.

The next morning, Tiara woke up and went downstairs to see how the guys were doing. She got downstairs and Matt and Jeff weren't in the living room. She went into Adam and Jason's room and they weren't there either.

"Where are they," she asked herself heading for the kitchen.

She found a note on the kitchen table from all the guys saying that they went to the gym. She put the note down and decided to make something to eat. She figured she'd make enough for the guys in case they came back early. She had already started cooking when they came back.

"We're back," they called out walking in the front door.

"I'm in here." They went into the kitchen and found her cooking.

"Morning gorgeous," Jeff said wrapping his arms around her.

"Ill Jeff get off me! You're all sweaty and nasty," she said hitting him.

He just laughed and held on.

"Jeff get off that is so nasty."

He finally let go and she really let him have it.

"That was not funny at all," she said hitting him. "That was so gross. Honestly, you can be so childish sometimes."

"Okay I'm sorry. Just stop hitting me, it hurts," he said trying to block her punches.

She stopped hitting him and went back to cooking breakfast. A little while later, they all sat down to eat. She had cooked them a big breakfast and they all thoroughly enjoyed it.

"Wow Tia, that was really good," Jeff said getting up from the table.

"I'm glad you enjoyed it."

Jeff started walking out of the kitchen.

"And just where do you think you're going?"

"To take a shower," he said pointing in the direction of the bathroom.

"Not before you clean the dishes you're not."

"But Tia," he whined.

"Did you think you were gonna get off that easy?"

Jeff pouted and headed over to the sink. Tiara and Jason just laughed and left.

----4

"Matt get out of the bathroom," Adam yelled banging on the door.

"No, I got here first."

"Hey, hey what's going on here?"

"Matt won't get out of the bathroom and I have to take a shower."

"So do I," Matt yelled out from the bathroom.

"First of all Adam, calm down, it's not that serious. If you must take a shower now, you can go upstairs and use my bathroom."

"Thanks T. You're the best." He kissed her cheek and ran upstairs.

"Yeah, yeah I know."

Tiara and Jason went over to the couch to wait for their turns in the shower. Before they could sit down, they heard a 'crash' form the kitchen.

"Now what," she said as they headed to the kitchen.

They walked in and stopped when they saw broken glass on the floor. They looked at Jeff.

He looked up from the mess on the floor, "Sorry," he said with a puppy face.

"What happened," she asked trying to pick up some of the mess.

"It just got real slippery and I dropped it. I'm sorry."

"It's okay. I'm sure you didn't do, ow damn it."

"What," Jason asked sounding concerned.

"I cut my hand," she said getting up.

"Let me see," he said taking her hand. "Ooh, looks like it hurts."

"I've had worse."

"Well let's get this cleaned up."

He took her over to the sink and started running cold water over her cut. He was so careful not to hurt her. She stared at him while he took care of her. He put some antiseptic on it and put a Band-Aid over it.

He looked up at her and smiled, "Better?"

"Much," she said returning the smile.

Oh that smile. How many times had it cheered her up, brightened her day, melted her heart? Too many times to count. No one could do that to her but Jason. They just stood there staring into each other's eyes for a while.

"Tia?" No answer.

"Tia," Jeff said a little bit louder.

She finally snapped out of it. "What?"

"What do you want me to do?"

"Finish cleaning up this glass and then finish the dishes. And be careful and try not to break anything else."

"Okay. I'm really sorry," he called out to her as she and Jason walked out of the kitchen. Jeff was thinking more about the little exchange between Tiara and Jason. "Oh well. Probably nothing," he thought to himself and continued cleaning up the mess.

Jason took her over to the couch and pulled her to sit in his lap. They put on the TV and started flipping through the channels. Just like last night, she started running her fingers through his hair. He smiled, absolutely loving it when she did that. He closed his eyes and laid his head on her chest as she continued working her magic. As this was going on, Matt and Adam had just come into the living room. They saw each other then looked over at Tiara and Jason and quietly sneaked into Adam and Jason's room. Jeff was about to ruin the scene when Matt grabbed him and drug him into the room with them and closed the door behind them.

"Did you see them," Matt said excited.

"Yeah. I can't believe it," Adam said.

Then they looked at Jeff. "How did they get like that?"

Jeff told them about the whole scene in the kitchen.

"Aw man we missed that," Adam said sounding disappointed.

"Are you sure you're not forgetting anything," Matt asked.

Jeff thought for a minute.

"Nope."

"Okay. Well, don't say anything to either one of them about this. Okay?"

"Why?"

"Just don't."

"All right." With that settled, they left the bedroom.

"I'm gonna go take a shower. I think I'm gonna try something new with my hair," Jeff said heading off in the direction of the bathroom.

Adam and Matt went out into the living room and just stood there watching Tiara and Jason. Now Jason was rubbing her back under her shirt and she had her eyes closed and her head resting on top of his while her hand was still in his hair. They stood there for a while and Jason and Tia still hadn't noticed them.

"I really hate to do this to them," Adam whispered to Matt.

"I know," he whispered back.

They both cleared their throats. Tiara and Jason opened their eyes, picked their heads up and looked over at Matt and Adam.

"Hey guys. I didn't even hear you come in."

"We kinda figured that," Matt said smiling.

"What's that supposed to mean," Jason asked.

"Nothing."

"Well, now that you guys are done, I can go take my shower," Tiara said getting up from Jason's lap.

"Yeah me too."

Tiara went upstairs to her room and Jason went over to the bathroom downstairs.

"Jeff's in there," Matt called out before he got to the bathroom.

"What?"

"Jeff's in there. And he probably won't be out for a while. He's doing something

with his hair."

"Aw man."

"Why don't you go upstairs and use Tia's shower?"

"Oh yeah." Jason went upstairs to Tiara's room. ----5

He walked up to her door and heard the water running so he opened the door quietly and peeked in. He saw Tiara standing in her underwear looking through her closet. He backed out of the room quickly before she could see him.

Then he thought to himself, "I might not get another chance like this. Ah, what the hell, go for it."

He quietly poked his head back in the room and stood there staring at her.

"My god," he said to himself admiring her figure.

He saw her starting to move so he quickly ducked back out of the room and tried to close the door as best he could without attracting attention to himself. He sighed, relieved he hadn't gotten caught.

He acted like nothing happened and knocked on the door.

"Hold on one second," she called out from inside.

She opened up her top drawer and pulled out a shirt and slipped it on.

"Damn this shirt is big," she said looking at it realizing it obviously wasn't hers.

"Oh well. Come in."

He opened the door and stepped inside.

"Oh, hey Jase. What is it?"

"I wanted to know if I could use your shower. Jeff's in the one downstairs and he's doing something with his hair."

She turned around and looked at him, "You do know that I was about to get in there?"

"Yeah I know. I'm sorry."

"Just let me jump in there first okay?"

"Thanks Tia," he said giving her a kiss.

"Thanks nothing. You know I can't say 'no' to you. I can say it to everybody else, but not you." He smiled.

"I'm just gonna go get my clothes. I'll be right back."

He went downstairs, into his room to get his clothes and went back upstairs. When he got back to her room, she was already in the shower.

He put his stuff on the bed and started to look around. It had been a while since he'd been in there. It hadn't changed much except she had a lot more pictures out. He went over to the desk and started looking at them. There were pictures of Matt, Jeff, Andrew, himself and Adam as well as ones of her with all the guys. Then he came across a picture that made him smile. It was a picture of him and Tiara at the park. He picked up the picture and stared at it while he remembered that day. It made him smile even more. A few minutes later, Tiara came out of the bathroom and saw Jason over by the desk and tiptoed up behind him.

"Whatcha lookin at?"

"Just this picture of me and you at the park," he said showing her the picture.

"I remember that day."

"Yeah, so do I."

"We used to have so much fun."

"Oh we used to," he said putting the picture back.

"Jason, don't look at me like that. I've seen that look before and I don't like it."

He smiled at her and kept moving toward her.

She started backing up, "Jason, please don't. I'm sorry. I didn't mean it like that."

"How did you mean it then," he said now having her trapped between him and the wall. She actually liked being between him and the wall, but she decided to get out of this situation. She opened her mouth to speak but he cut her off.

"Uh, time's up."

He picked her up and put her over his shoulder and carried her out of the room.

She screamed, "Jason put me down!"

"Nope," he said taking her downstairs.

"Where are you taking me?"

"To see what Adam thinks about this."

"No. Not Adam, please."

"Sorry."

"What is all this," Adam asked confused watching them coming down the stairs.

"Tia here thinks we don't have fun anymore."

"Is that true?"

"No. Jason and I were just looking at a picture of him and I at the park and I said we used to have so much fun."

"So you did say that?"

"Well, technically, but I didn't mean it like that. I just meant we don't really get to do stuff like that anymore cause you guys are on the road so much."

"Well I think we can arrange for some fun," Adam said with that now-so-famous grin. "Adam, please, don't," she begged.

"Jason, put her down."

"Jason, no, please, don't."

"I thought you wanted me to," he said putting her down.

She turned around to face Adam and he gave her that grin again. She tried to get away, but he caught her. He got her to the ground and straddled her.

"Adam get off me!"

"Nope, we gotta have fun first," he said and started to tickle her.

"Oh my god, Adam stop," she said laughing.

"No way."

She was laughing so hard she was crying.

"Okay, I think you've had enough," he said getting off of her. He helped her up off the floor.

"Well, I had fun. How 'bout you?"

She wiped the tears from her face. "That was so not funny Adam. You know how ticklish I am," she said and hit him in the chest.

She looked around the living room.

"Where's Jason?"

"He went back upstairs to take his shower."

"Thanks Matt." -----6

She went upstairs and to her room. When she got there, he was already in the shower.

She sat on the bed and started looking through one of her many photo albums. A few minutes later, Jason came out of the shower. He got on the foot of the bed and crawled up to where she was.

"Whatcha lookin at?"

"Pictures," she said sarcastically.

"Besides the obvious," he said sitting next to her.

"These old pictures of us from high school."

He lifted up her arm and slid underneath it. He slid down and rested up against her chest. She looked down at him and he looked up at her.

"Comfortable?"

"You know it," he said smiling.

She smiled back at him as he nuzzled his head in her neck.

"I remember that day," Jason said pointing out a picture of them on their junior class trip. "Look. This is when we buried Adam up to his neck in sand at the beach," she said pointing to another picture.

"That day was so much fun."

"Hey guys. The movie's ready," Matt yelled from downstairs.

"What movie," Tiara asked putting away the photo album.

"Oh, we rented some videos last night on our way home."

"Oh. All right let's go." They went downstairs to join the guys.

"Jeff's still not out of there," Jason asked sitting on one end of the couch.

"Nope."

"What is he doing in there," Tiara asked sitting on the couch.

"Only god knows what with his hair."

"Are we watching the movie or not," Adam said sounding impatient.

"What are we watching anyway," Tiara asked laying down and putting her head

in Jason's lap.

"We rented 'House on Haunted Hill' and 'End of Days'."

"Well what are we watching now?"

"Nothing yet," Adam interrupted sounding pissed.

"Calm down man I'm about to push the button," Matt said holding the remote.

"End of Days," Matt said pushing play.

"Thank you," Adam said sounding relieved.

"You don't mind me laying here do you Jason?"

"Not at all."

She snuggled her head deeper into Jason's lap and he started running his fingers through her hair. She smiled. Matt glanced back and saw them and smiled. He didn't even bother Adam with it now, he was way too into the movie. -------7

About 15 minutes into the movie, Jeff finally emerged from the bathroom.

"What are you guys watching," he asked walking into the living room.

"End of Days," Adam said glancing over at Jeff.

Adam turned back to the movie then did a double take. "Oh my god," he exclaimed.

Everyone looked over at Jeff.

"Oh my god," Tiara said.

"You like it," Jeff asked lifting up a few strands of his hair and letting them fall.

"It's blue," Jason said surprised.

"And purple," Tiara added.

"Do you like it," he asked again.

"It's different," Jason said.

"I like it. It looks good on you. Only Jeff Hardy can wear his hair like that and get away with it."

"Thanks T. Somebody likes it," he said sitting on the floor.

Adam sat looking at Jeff in amazement for a few more minutes, then turned back to the movie. Jason continued playing with her hair and occasionally rubbed her stomach underneath her shirt. A little while later, the movie was over and it was time for lunch.

They went into the kitchen, made some sandwiches and sat down to eat.

"So what do you guys wanna do after lunch?"

"I don't know."

"Let's go to the park," Adam chimed in.

"You guys really wanna go to the park?"

"Yeah. It'll be fun."

"Okay. Just let me know when you guys are ready to go."

"We're ready now," Adam said throwing away his plate.

"But I'm not even finished," she said still holding her sandwich.

"Oh come on Tia," he said pulling her arm.

"Okay, okay just let me put the rest of this in the fridge. You guys go get in the car. I'll be right there."

They all went and got in the car and she put her sandwich in the refrigerator. She went into the living room to put on her sneakers and heard the car horn beeping.

"I'm coming, I'm coming." She slid on her other sneaker and walked out the door.

"Oh no, Adam's driving," she said walking to the backseat.

"How'd I get stuck back here with you two," she said jokingly.

"Ha ha. Just get in here."

"Do I have to sit in the middle again?"

"Yes, you're still the shortest aren't you?"

"I'm sick of you guys using that as an excuse," she said climbing over Jason trying to get to the middle. "This is my car you know."

"Yeah, yeah. Jason close the door so we can go."

"Are you always this impatient, or is it just this weekend," Tiara said as they pulled out of the driveway.

"Just this weekend," Adam answered sarcastically.

A few minutes later, they arrived at the park and unloaded themselves from the car.

"So, who's up for a game of football," Matt said getting the ball from the trunk.

"I am," all the guys said at once.

They went over to an open area to play and Tiara sat on a picnic table.

"You're not playing Tia?"

"No. I'll be a substitute. You know, it wouldn't be fair to you guys. You know, seeing as how I can beat you and all."

"Ha ha, whatever. Come on Jason."

"Hold on a minute," he said going over to the table.

"Hey Tia, can you pull my hair back for me?"

"Sure. Come on," she said gesturing for him to sit on the bench between her legs. "Thanks."

She took the twistie out of her hair and started pulling his hair back.

"Aw, now would you look at those two. Now she's doin his hair."

"They're killing me."

"How can they be the only two people in the world oblivious as to what's going on between them?"

"I don't know man. I really don't know."

"There you go," she said letting go of his ponytail.

"Thanks babe."

He kissed her on the cheek and ran off to go join the guys.

Jeff and Jason played on one team and Matt and Adam played on the other. They played pretty much even the whole game and were tied with one more play to go.

"Time out," Jeff called from the field.

He jogged over to the table and tossed Tiara the ball.

"What's this for," she asked confused.

"You're goin' in. You're gonna sub for me."

"You played the entire game and now you want me to sub for you on the last play," she said getting off the table.

"Exactly. Now go ahead, Jason's waitin for you," he said and patted her butt.

She went over to the field and joined Jason. He told her what they were going to do and they were set. They set up the play and it went off without a hitch. She got to the endzone and spiked the ball and threw her arms up in the air. Jason came running over to her and lifted her up into the air.

"You did it babe. You won it for us."

"I know," she said as he put her down.

He was still holding on to her and they were staring into each other's eyes smiling when it happened. Jason leaned forward to kiss her but Adam interrupted the two right before they could. Adam realized what he had just interrupted and apologized.

"Sorry guys. Um, I'll just leave you two alone now," he said backing away.

Tiara and Jason just looked at each other and smiled.

"Maybe we should get going."

"Yeah." ----8

Jason took her hand and they walked over to the table where Adam, Matt and Jeff were waiting.

"So have you guys decided what we're gonna do tonight?"

"Yeah. We're gonna take you out to dinner first, then we're gonna go dancin'," Jeff said doing a little dance.

"Sounds like a plan, but if we're going anywhere, I'm gonna need time to get ready so we gotta get going."

They all piled back into her car and drove back to her house. Damn, she really wished Adam hadn't had come over there. She kinda wanted to kiss Jason and now she may not get another chance like that.

They all took showers, got dressed and were waiting in the living room for Tiara.

"Come on Tia, I'm hungry," Jeff cried from downstairs.

"All right, all right I'm coming."

She finally came downstairs dressed and ready to go.

"Wow Tia! You look great!"

"Thanks Matt," she said smiling.

"Of course she looks great, she always does, but can we go please. I'm starving,"

Jeff whined.

"All right, let's go and get some food in this boy so he can stop crying."

"Thank you."

They went outside and got in her car. Adam went to get in the driver's seat, but Tiara stopped him.

"Oh no, Adam, you are not driving again."

"But why?"

"Do I really need to explain myself?"

He hung his head and got in the backseat.

"So who's gonna drive?"

She looked at Jeff. Nope, he was almost as bad as Adam.

"Matt, you can drive," she said tossing him the keys.

Jeff got in the passenger seat and Tiara and Jason sat in the back with Adam. They pulled out of the driveway and Jeff was already taking control of the radio.

"Hey Tia?"

"Yeah?"

"Where's my Pearl Jam tape?"

"What? Why would your tape be in my car?"

"Duh, remember? I left a copy in here a while ago?"

"Was that what that was?"

"Was that what what was?"

"I think I got rid of that."

"You what?"

"Just kidding. Lift up that thing in the armrest. It should be there."

He lifted it up and got out his tape.

"That really wasn't funny Tia."

"Oh yes it was," she said laughing. "You should have seen the look on your face."

A short car ride later, they were at the restaurant. They went in, sat down to eat, and after about two hours at the restaurant, they went dancing. A little while later, they arrived at the club and found a table at the back. As soon as they sat down, fans bombarded the table asking for autographs. They signed lots of autographs before the fans decided to leave them alone to enjoy their night.

"Come on Tia let's dance," Jeff said taking her by the hand.

"Wait a minute," she said stopping. "I don't see too many open spots on the floor."

"Oh we're not gonna dance on the floor. We're gonna dance in a cage."

"Oh no we're not."

"Come on, you said we would have fun."

"Dancing in a cage is not fun."

"Sure it is. Come on Tia, you promised," he said trying to look sad.

"Oh okay."

"All right let's go," he said taking her over to a cage.

After dancing for about a half-hour, Tiara and Jeff headed back to the table.

"Now tell me you didn't have fun."

"Okay okay, I had fun."

"My turn next," Adam said getting up from the table and taking her hand.

They danced for a while then came back to the table.

"Having fun," Matt asked.

"Of course, but you guys are starting to wear me out."

"I hope not too much, cause it's my turn now," Matt said getting up from the table.

"For you, never."

They also danced for a while and came back to the table where this girl was flagrantly flirting with Jeff. Just by looking at her, Tiara could tell she was only after what was in his pockets. She knew Jeff well enough and she could tell by looking at him that he knew it too. Even though Jeff seemed totally uninterested, the girl still wouldn't go away. Jeff gave Tiara a look as if to say, "help me". She walked past the girl and sat next to Jeff.

"Hey sweetheart," she said giving him a kiss. "Miss me?"

"You know it," he said wrapping his arms around her.

The girl looked at them with a look of displeasure on her face.

"Is this another fan honey?"

"Uh huh," he said kissing her neck.

"Well Jeff don't be rude," she said pushing him off.

"Sorry honey. This is Sandra. Sandra this is my girlfriend Tia."

"Nice to meet you Sandra," Tiara said extending her hand.

"Whatever," she said angrily and walked away.

Tiara just smiled.

"Thanks T. You're the best."

"I know, I know."

They sat talking for a while and Jeff kept kissing her neck.

"Jeff."

"Huh?"

"Will you cut it out," she said pushing his shoulder away from her.

"Sorry. I can't help it. You smell really good."

She smiled.

"And you taste good too," he said and ran his tongue along her neck licking her.

"Ill Jeff," she said hitting him.

"Why do you always have to act so stupid."

"I'm sorry okay? Stop hitting me," Jeff said trying to block her shots.

"Come on T, it's my turn now," Jason said taking her arm. ---9

He led her out to the dance floor and when they finally found a spot, a slow song started. Jason pulled her close to him and they started dancing. She wrapped her arms around his neck and he wrapped his arms tightly around her waist. About a minute into the song, they looked into each other's eyes. They both knew what the other one wanted and intended on giving it to them. They leaned towards each other and their lips met. They stopped dancing and Jason deepened the kiss. Matt looked over to the dance floor and saw the two kissing and nudged

Adam.

"What?"

"Look," he said pointing to the dance floor.

Adam saw them kissing and his eyes grew wider. He pointed them out to Jeff.

"Hey. She's supposed to be my girlfriend tonight. I have to go get her in case that girl comes back," he said getting up.

"Jeffery Nero, don't you dare. Cause if you do,"

"Cause if I do what?"

"If you do, we're going to bring that girl back over here and tell her Tia's not really your girlfriend," Adam said.

"She'll never believe you."

"Oh really? All we have to do is show her the dance floor Einstein."

"Fine," Jeff said sitting down.

They looked back over to the floor and they were still kissing.

"Oh my god they're still kissing. Are they ever gonna come up for air," Adam said amazed that they could kiss for so long.

When the song ended, so did their kiss and they were both out of breath.

"I'm sorry T. I guess I just got a little carried away."

"It's okay."

"No, I was wrong for doing it."

"Jason."

"What?"

"You know me, better than anyone else. If you did something wrong, you know that I would definitely let you know."

He smiled.

"Okay," she asked smiling.

"Yeah."

"All right then let's go."

He took her hand and they walked back over to the table. Maybe she was the one who had gotten carried away. After all, she did kiss him back, and enjoyed it at that. But it didn't just feel good, it felt, right.

They got back to the table and sat down. Matt and Adam just looked down at the table smiling and playing with their glasses.

"What," Tiara asked wanting to know what they were up to.

"Nothing," Matt said shaking his head.

They sat there for a little while longer when Tiara decided she was ready to go home. "Guys I hope you don't mind, but I'm kinda tired. You guys wore me out tonight, but I had a great time. I'm gonna go home. But if you wanna stay I'll leave the car."

"No that's okay. We can take a cab home."

"Okay. Well, I'll see you guys in the morning," she said kissing them each goodbye.

"I think I'll come with you," Jason said getting up. "I'm kinda tired myself."

"Okay. And Jeff, when I get up in the morning, I don't wanna see some half-naked girl asleep in my living room or walking around my house. Okay?"

"Okay," he said smiling.

With that said, Tiara and Jason left. After about a twenty-minute ride, they were back at the house.

"I'm so tired," Tiara said walking through the front door.

"Me too."

She stood at the bottom of the stairs looking up.

"Is it just me, or does it seem like there are a lot more stairs to climb now that I'm tired?" "If you don't wanna climb the stairs, you can come sleep in my room."

"I think I'll do that," she said following him. ----10

"Can you give me something to sleep in Jase?"

"Yeah."

He went through his drawers and gave her a t-shirt and a pair of his boxers.

"Here you go."

"Thanks."

Jason took off his clothes and got into the bed while Tiara changed into his clothes. She didn't bother to leave the room, it wasn't like Jason hadn't ever seen her in her underwear before, he was the one who changed her into her pajamas last night.

"Adam won't be mad when he comes home and I'm sleeping in his bed?"

"Nope, cause you're sleeping in my bed," he said pulling her down onto the bed.

She giggled a little as Jason pulled her close. He put his arms around her and pulled the covers over them.

"Night T."

"Night Jase."

After a few minutes, they both fell asleep.

After a few more hours of partying at the club, Adam, Matt, and Jeff decided to come home. Jeff plopped down on the couch completely exhausted while Adam went into his room and Matt went upstairs.

"I'll be right back guys, I'm gonna go check on Tia."

Matt went into her room and she wasn't there and came back downstairs.

"She's not in her room."

"What," Jeff asked sitting up on the couch.

"I just went upstairs, and she wasn't in her room."

Just then, Adam came into the living room.

"Hey guys, look what I found."

"What?"

"Come here," he said leading Matt into his room.

They looked inside and saw Tiara and Jason asleep in each other's arms.

"Aw, they are so cute," Matt whispered.

"You think they did anything," Adam whispered.

"No. Even with that kiss at the club, I don't think they would have jumped into something that serious before really talking it out."

"I guess you're right," he said looking back at the two in the bed.

"Well I'm really tired. I'm gonna call it a night."

"All right man I'll see you tomorrow."

Adam went inside the room, closed the door and went to bed. Matt went to tell Jeff but he was knocked out on the couch still in his clothes. Matt quickly changed his clothes, got a blanket and a pillow and fell asleep on the floor.

The next morning, everybody slept late. At about 10:30, Tiara heard a knock at her front door. She just mumbled and turned to go back to sleep. They knocked again. She opened her eyes and laid there for a minute. She didn't hear anymore knocking and figured they went away until she heard voices. She got out of bed and went into the living room to find Matt signing for something at the door.

"Matt, who was that," she asked sleepily as Matt closed the door.

He turned around and had a bouquet of flowers in his hands.

"Some delivery guy. He had these flowers for you," he said handing them to her.

"Aw lilies. They're my favorite," she said inhaling them walking into the kitchen.

"Who are they from," he asked following her.

"Here, you read it. I'm gonna put these in some water," she said giving him the card. She went over to the sink and started filling the vase with water while Matt read the card.

"They're from your grandmother."

"Oh."

"Happy birthday," he said confused reading the card.

"I almost forgot, grandma sends me flowers on the same day every year for my birthday. Except she always sends them a week early, she thinks today is my birthday." "Oh."

"You said that like you didn't remember my birthday either. You do remember don't you?"

"Of course I do. It's next week."

"Next week when?"

"Monday."

"You better had remembered."

Back in Adam and Jason's room, Jason had just waken up. With his eyes still half closed, he felt around the bed and found it empty. He opened his eyes and saw Tiara was gone. He sat up in bed and thought to himself for a few minutes.

"Was that all a dream? Did Tiara really sleep in here with me last night? It felt like she was really here. And she really felt great too."

He got out of bed and went looking for Tiara. ----11

He went to the kitchen and found Tiara and Matt laughing.

"What's so funny," Jason asked walking into the kitchen.

"Oh hey Jase. It's nothing. Matt's just acting stupid."

"Oh."

"I didn't wake you up when I got out of bed did I?"

"No, not at all. It was time for me to wake up anyway," he said relieved that it wasn't a dream.

He walked over to the counter next to Tiara to get some coffee.

"Hey, you look cute in my stuff," Jason said pulling at the boxers she had on.

"Oh, thanks. I was just thinking the same thing myself," she said smiling. "I'm just kidding. They're quite comfy actually. You might not get them back."

"Yeah, well, we'll see about that when I leave."

He walked behind her and pulled the elastic of the shorts and snapped it against her back.

"Jason Reso, what is your problem?"

"Sorry. I just couldn't help myself," he said with a smile on his face.

The three of them sat down and talked while having some coffee. Almost an hour had passed, and Jeff and Adam were still sleeping.

"You guys must have really partied hard last night," Tiara said getting up from the table. "Yeah, I guess you could say that."

"Well, I'm gonna go wake Jeff up. Jason, you go wake up Adam. They can't sleep forever."

Tiara went out into the living room and Matt followed her. She sat down next to him on the couch and softly started calling his name.

"Jeff. Jeff honey, wake up," she said brushing a few strands of blue and purple hair out of his face.

He started to squint his eyes and then finally opened them.

"Well good morning," she said with a bright smile on her face.

Jeff smiled back at her.

"I could really get used to waking up to this face every morning," he said running his hand down the side of her face. "Instead of that ugly mug," he said looking up at Matt. "Ha ha. Very funny," Matt said and threw a pillow at Jeff.

Jeff sat up and wrapped his arms around Tiara.

"I'm so tired," he said laying his head on her shoulder.

"I heard you guys partied hard after Jason and I left."

"Did we ever."

"Well maybe this will teach you not to stay out so late."

"I doubt it," Matt said plopping down in the chair across the room.

Jeff was too tired to even respond.

A few minutes later, Jason came out of their bedroom.

"Well I finally got Adam up and man is he tired," he said sitting down in the chair across from Matt.

Adam came into the living room still half asleep and laid down on the floor trying to go back to sleep. Tiara sighed.

"Adam, get off the floor."

He just shook his head no.

"If you do, I'll take you out to eat."

That got his attention, not to mention Jeff and the rest of the guys.

"I'll go get dressed," Adam said racing to his room with Jason following him.

Matt took his clothes and went in the bathroom while Jeff followed Tiara upstairs. "Where are you going," she asked him.

"The clothes I wanna wear are in your room."

"Why are your clothes in my room?"

"Duh. Cause I left them there."

"You're just leaving your things all over the place around here aren't you? You leave your clothes in my room, your music in my car and oh, do you know what I found underneath my sink last week? A bottle of Manic Panic. Do you know how I found that? I almost used it as my shampoo."

Jeff made a face and said, "I'm sorry."

"Jeff I swear, if my hair had come out green or purple or some other funky colors you had under there, you would have been in SO much trouble."

"Aw man."

"What?"

"I could have used that green a few weeks ago. I thought I was out."

She shook her head sensing defeat and smiled at him.

"Come on," she said taking his hand and they went to her room to get dressed.

A few minutes later, they were all dressed and ready and left for the restaurant. They went inside and were seated almost right away. They ordered their food and talked for a little while.

"Jeff honey, pick your head up off the table," she pleaded with him.

"But I'm so tired."

"I tell you what. If you pick your head up, when we get home, you can go upstairs and take a nap in my bed. Okay?"

"Okay."

He picked his head up and laid it on her shoulder. Soon their food came and they all ate. After a little while of talking, they decided to head back home. -----12

They got to her house and Jeff went straight upstairs to her room. Jason laid down on the couch and Adam and Matt sat down and put on another movie while Tiara went to check her messages.

"Hey Tia," Adam called out from the living room.

"Yeah?"

"Can you make us some popcorn?"

"What," she said looking into the living room. "Did we not just come back from eating?"

"Yeah, but when you watch a movie you have to have popcorn. It's the rule."

"Fine. Eat me out of house and home," she said going back into the kitchen.

She made their popcorn and brought it out to them. She looked around finding no empty seats for herself.

"You can sit here with me," Jason said taking her arm.

"Thanks Jase."

He started to pull her down to lay on top of him.

"Jase stop it, I'll crush you. I'm too heavy."

He looked at her and made a face. "Yeah right. Now get down here."

He pulled her to lay down on top of him.

"Now isn't that better," he said putting his arms around her waist.

She just smiled at him and laid her head on his chest.

"You don't know how much better," she thought to herself while smiling.

A short while later, Tiara and Jason had both fallen asleep together on the couch. Matt turned around and saw them.

"Aw look at them. They're so cute."

Adam turned back to look at them. Jason had his arms wrapped around her waist protectively and Tiara had her arms around his neck.

"This is such a Kodak moment. We gotta get a picture of this."

"Where's her camera?"

"I think I saw it in the kitchen. I'll go get it."

Matt came back a few minutes later with her camera and took their picture.

"You think they'll be mad at us," Adam asked.

"If they are, they'll get over it. Now let's finish watching this movie. We gotta take it back before we leave."

They sat down and watched the rest of the movie.

When it was over, there was a knock at the front door. Matt rushed over to open the door, but Tiara and Jason had already wakened up, but stayed in the same position. Matt again signed for another delivery for Tiara.

"Tia, its another delivery for you."

Matt carried in this HUGE black teddy bear with a bouquet of white lilies and a gift box with a card into the house.

"A little help here," Matt said struggling with everything.

Tiara and Jason sat up on the couch. Matt thought Adam was coming over to help him carry everything but instead he just grabbed the card and sat back down to read it.

"I'll take that thank you very much," she said taking the card from Adam as he was pulling it out of the envelope.

Matt finally managed to get everything over to Tiara and sat it down in front of her. "Thank you Matt," she said and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

She opened up her card and began to read it.

Happy Birthday Baby. You didn't think I'd forget, did you? I sent this early because I didn't know if I would be able to next week and I wanted to make sure you got it in time. I hope you like it and I hope everything fits. Since I won't be able to see you in it in person, I'd love it if you'd send me a picture or something. I hope you enjoy your day and I hope I'll get to see you soon. Love you always, Andrew.

"So who's it from," Adam asked.

She handed him the card.

"I'll go put these in some water for you," Jason said taking her flowers.

"Thanks Jase."

She opened up the gift box to see exactly what Andrew was talking about. She looked inside and pulled out a baby tee that had "Sexy" airbrushed on the front along with a pair of matching boy-cut shorts and a thong. Adam and Matt looked at the gift with their eyes bugged out.

"Only Andrew," she said to herself examining the gift.

Then she looked up at Adam and Matt. "Well, and two of you guys."

"Which two," Adam asked knowing what she was talking about.

"You and Jeff."

"And just how do you figure that?"

"Just trust me. It'd be you or Jeff."

"So who's it from," Matt asked still clueless.

"Andrew."

"Oh."

"All this is from Andrew," Jason asked coming out of the kitchen and sitting next to Tiara on the couch.

"We'll just leave you two alone now, I'm sure you have some things to talk about. Come on Adam."

He pulled him out of the chair and they went into Adam and Jason's room. ------13

"So, all this stuff is from Andrew huh? Even the thong," he said picking it up out of the box.

"Yeah. He sent it to me for my birthday," she said taking the underwear and putting it back in the box.

Even though he wasn't gone that long, since he left, she hadn't even thought about Andrew. Jason seemed to make her forget about everything.

"I guess this brings up the opportunity to talk about last night."

"I kinda didn't want to. I mean, I certainly didn't wanna forget about it. I mean, I knew we'd have to eventually, I just didn't think it would be this soon, I guess."

"I felt the same way too, but I guess it's no time like the present."

"So what happened? I mean, obviously the kiss, but I guess I should ask what is happening, between us?"

"I don't know, but I think I like it," he said moving closer toward her.

"Me too."

They were just about to kiss when Jeff came downstairs wide-awake.

"Hey guys. Who got presents?"

The two broke away from each other quickly.

"I did. They're birthday presents from Andrew."

"Oh that's right. Your birthday is next week. I gotta get you something."

"Jeff, you don't have to get me anything."

"I know, I'll take you to get your belly button pierced, like mine," he said lifting up his shirt showing his piercing.

"Jeff, I am not getting my belly button pierced."

"Yes you are. Now come on, let's go."

He grabbed her arm and took her outside and put her in the car.

He drove to Joe's Body Art and parked out front.

"Are you sure this place is even on the 'up-and-up'," she asked looking unsure.

"Yeah. This is where I got mine done."

He took her hand and took her inside.

"Hey Joe. What's going on," Jeff said shaking his hand.

"Jeff Hardy. What's up man? I see it's blue and purple this month."

"Yeah."

"So what can I do for you this time?"

"Nothing for me, though I might check out the tattoos. Tia here is going to get her belly button pierced. Her birthday's next week and this is my gift to her. Nothing says 'I love you' like body art."

"That's why I got into the business."

"Before I forget, let me introduce you to Tia," he said bringing Tiara around in front of him.

"Joe this is Tia. Tia this is Joe."

They exchanged greetings and headed to the room to get started.

"I need you to unbutton your pants, lay down in the chair and relax. I'll be right back." Tiara did as he said while Jeff checked out the tattoo designs on the wall. Joe came back a few minutes later with all the instruments he needed. He sat down on a stool and pulled it up to the chair.

"You ready," he said putting on a pair of gloves.

"As ready as I'm gonna be, I guess."

She closed her eyes tightly and squeezed the arms of the chair as he pierced her. It was over before she knew it.

"Done."

She opened her eyes. "That's it?"

"Yup. That's it."

"It didn't even hurt," she said checking it out.

Jeff came over and checked it out for himself.

"Wow. That looks really sexy on you," he said running his finger around her stomach. "Thank you babe," she said smiling. -----14

"So, Jeff, you see anything you like," Joe asked cleaning up.

"Actually I did, but I don't know if she'll go for it."

"You don't know if who will go for what," Tiara asked.

"If you'll go along with getting this tattoo with me," he said hopefully.

"Excuse me?"

"Look just look at it. I think it's something you'll like. Just come look at it," he said pulling her up out of the chair.

He pointed out a tattoo of a dragon on the wall.

"I don't know Jeff," she said unsure.

"Oh come on."

"I'm not sure. I mean, it's bad enough I left you put holes in me, now you wanna make me some sort of canvas? It's a big decision you know. A tattoo is forever."

"Come on. You'll be doing it with me."

"I know, I know. Just give me a few minutes to think about this okay?"

"Okay."

"All right. I'll be right back. I'm gonna go call Matt."

"Hey Joe? Can Tia use your phone to make a quick call?"

"Sure. You know where it is," he called out from the back room.

Jeff took her to the front desk and showed her the phone. After he left, she picked up the phone and dialed her house.

After two rings, Adam answered the phone.

"Hey Adam."

"Hey Tia. Where are you?"

"I'm with Jeff at Joe's Body Art. Listen, is Matt there?"

"Yeah. Hold on a second."

She heard him calling Matt in the background and heard him coming to the phone. "Hello?"

"Hey Matt."

"Hey Tia. What's up?"

"I need you to do me a favor."

"Sure. What is it?"

"I need you to go upstairs to my room, go in my second drawer and bring me a pair of shorts."

"Okay. Where are you?"

"Joe's Body Art with your brother."

"Okay. And I need to bring you shorts at a body art place because?"

"Well, for my birthday, Jeff got my belly button pierced to match his. Now he wants me to get a tattoo with him."

"Really? Well, it doesn't really surprise me. He is my brother, but I don't think you should do it."

"Really?"

"Not til I get there."

"What?!"

"There's no way I'm gonna miss you getting a tattoo."

"But Matt,"

"I'll be there in five minutes. Bye."

She just stood there for a minute before she hung up the phone.

"So have you decided," Jeff asked hopefully as she walked back into the room.

"Yeah."

"So, what's it gonna be?"

"I'm gonna do it, but we have to wait til Matt gets here."

"All right! But why do we have to wait for Matt?"

"Well for one, I asked him to bring me some shorts. And when I told him why, he told me to wait because there was no way he was gonna miss this."

"Okay. But hey, why did you ask him to bring you some shorts," he asked sitting down in a nearby chair.

"Cause I wanna get it on my lower back and I don't wanna be laying around here in my underwear."

"I wouldn't mind if you did," he said pulling her to sit in his lap.

"I'm sure you wouldn't." ----15

They sat there for a few more minutes before Matt rushed in.

"You didn't start yet did you?"

"No. We waited for you."

"Good. I hope you don't mind, but when Adam and Jason found out, they had to tag along."

"Jason's here," she asked getting up from Jeff's lap.

"Yeah. He should be on his way in."

"Jeff, where's the bathroom," Tiara asked quickly.

"Down that hall and to the left," he said pointing.

"Okay, I'll be right back."

She snatched her shorts from Matt and rushed down the hallway.

"What was that all about," Jeff asked confused. "She didn't just seem like she had to go to the bathroom a minute ago."

"I'll give you one guess," he said looking at Jason who had just walked in.

"Hey guys, what's up? Why are you all standing there like that? Where's Tia?"

"Nothing, no reason and in the bathroom."

"Oh."

She went into the bathroom and looked in the mirror.

"Why did Jason come here? Don't get me wrong, I love seeing him, it's just the situation. I have no idea what to say to him. How do I act? Ugh. This is SO awkward! Why am I freaking? I guess if he came here, he doesn't feel awkward. So why should I? I shouldn't. Okay. I'm gonna relax and go back out there and deal with whatever happens."

She quickly changed into her shorts, gave herself the once over and headed back out.

Jason was the first to notice her when he turned around.

"Hey babe."

"Hey Jase," she said walking towards him.

"You gonna let me see that belly button or what," he said taking her hand.

She lifted up her shirt and pulled down her shorts just enough so they could see.

"Ooh. Very sexy," he said running his finger around her belly button smiling and looking up at her.

"Oh god. That feels TOO good," she said to herself.

"Very hot," Matt said.

"Extremely," Adam added.

All she could do was stare down at Jason who was still torturing her whether he knew it or not.

"So which tattoo are you getting," Matt asked looking at the different designs on the wall.

"I think I'm gonna get the dragon."

"Cool. How bout you T?"

No answer.

"Tia?"

He looked over and her and Jason were in the same position. He sighed.

"Tia," he said louder.

She finally snapped out of it.

"What?"

"Which tattoo are you getting?"

"I don't know. Probably that swirly one on my lower back," she said looking back down at Jason who was now standing up.

Matt rolled his eyes sensing defeat and went back to looking at the designs.

"Okay. Who's first," Joe asked coming back into the room.

Jeff looked over at Tiara and she hadn't budged.

"I guess I am," Jeff said getting up.

He told Joe that he wanted the dragon on his left leg and got ready. He took his pants off and laid down in the chair and Joe got started.

"Come with me," Jason whispered in her ear.

He took her hand and led her out of the room and out of view of everyone else.

"Yeah," she asked when they stopped.

He leaned toward her and kissed her deeply. She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back.

"This is heaven," she thought to herself. ------16

"Where did Tia and Jason go," Matt asked looking around.

"They walked out there a little while ago," Adam said gesturing toward the lobby area. "Well this guy says he can take her now," Matt said pointing to a man behind him that resembled Joe.

"So, go find her."

Matt rolled his eyes and walked out. He didn't have to go far before he saw her, and Jason, kissing. He really didn't want to interrupt them, but he didn't feel like waiting all day for Joe to finish with Jeff then have to do her. He decided against interrupting them and went back into the room.

"Where is she," Adam asked looking up and not seeing her.

"Out there kissing Jason."

"Oh."

Then he realized what Matt said.

"Out there kissing Jason?!"

"That's what I said."

"I'll be right back," he said getting up.

He had to go check it out for himself as if Matt was lying.

"They're kissing," he exclaimed rushing back in the room.

Matt rolled his eyes for the third time since he'd been there.

"I must be talking to myself today," he mumbled walking over to find a seat.

Outside in the lobby area, Tiara and Jason had finally broken their kiss.

"Wow," was all she could say when she finally caught her breath. "Not that I minded or anything, but what was that for?"

"Well, we kinda got interrupted at the house when Jeff came rushing down the stairs. And you know me, once I start something, I like to finish it," he said smiling down at her. She smiled back at him and they shared a quick kiss.

"Come on. Let's go get that tattoo done so we can get out of here."

He took her hand and they went back to rejoin the rest of the group.

The room was silent except for the tattooing needle when the two walked back into the room.

"Why is everybody so quiet?"

"No reason," Adam said trying to hide his smile.

"Hey Tia. This guy said he can take you now," Matt said pointing to the large man standing behind him.

"Okay."

She pointed out the tattoo she had chosen and told him where she wanted it. She laid down face first on the chair and pulled down the back of her shorts.

"You ready," the man asked putting on a pair of gloves.

"As ready as I'll ever be."

She laid as still as she could the entire time. To her surprise, it didn't hurt nearly as much as she thought it would and it was over before she knew it.

"Done. I'll go get a mirror so you can see it."

"How does it look," she asked Jason.

"Well stop moving so I can see it."

"Sorry, I just wanted to get up first."

He pulled up the back of her shirt to look at it.

"Wow. That is really sexy."

"Let me see," Matt and Adam said at the same time rushing over.

"That looks incredible on you."

"Yeah it does," Adam added.

"Hey Joe, you almost done with my brother over there?"

"Yeah. I just gotta finish up these last few scales and after somebody pays me, you guys can go."

A few minutes later, Joe was done with Jeff and he paid for everything. They got themselves together and went outside. -----17

"Okay. Who's riding with who," Tiara asked while her and Jeff held each other leaning against her car.

"Uh, Jeff, why don't you ride with Adam and Jason. I need to talk to Tia, alone."

Tiara lifted her head off of Jeff's chest and looked over at Matt wondering what he had to talk to her about.

"Okay," he said letting go of her. "Come on guys, let's go," he said heading over to their rental car.

Tiara and Matt got in her car and followed the others.

"So, what did you have to talk to me about," she asked adjusting herself in the seat so her tattoo didn't rub against it.

"I wanted to talk to you about what's been going on between you and Jason."

Damn, she didn't think he knew.

"I saw you guys the other night at the club, and after the club, and today in the shop."

She didn't know what to say.

"Is that why you and Adam are always so quiet when Jason and I walk into a room?"

"Pretty much."

She shook her head. "Okay. So we kissed a few times, you saw us. What's there to talk about?"

"Well, what's going on between you two?"

"Nothing. Nothing's going on between us. Two friends can't kiss each other without there being something going on between them," she replied defensively.

"Not like that. And there's no need to get all touchy. I just asked you a question."

"I'm sorry Matt," she said starting to cry. "I didn't mean to snap at you like that. It's just, I'm so confused right now. My emotions are all over the place and I have no idea how I feel about anyone," she said breaking down.

They stopped at a red light and Matt tried to comfort her. "Tia don't cry," he said putting a hand on her shoulder.

"I can't help it. Everything's just a big mess," she said wiping tears from her eyes. "First, Andrew leaves and I won't be seeing him for almost two years. Then all this stuff going on with Jason and all these feelings I'm starting to feel for him."

"What feelings?"

"I don't know. It's too soon for me to tell anything. And what am I doing anyway? I'm supposed to be with Andrew. We've been together since high school."

"You've been on and off since high school."

"Yeah, but I'm with Andrew now and I shouldn't be doing this. I shouldn't be leading Jason on. I can't do this."

"But Andrew's not here."

"I know. And that's making the situation even harder than it is. Whenever I'm with Jason, Andrew never crosses my mind."

There was a short silence between them.

"Oh Matt what am I gonna do," she said throwing her head back into the seat.

By now they had pulled up in front of her house.

"Follow your heart Tia. It will never steer you wrong. Your mind can play tricks on you and lead you in the wrong direction, but your heart will never lie."

"Thanks Matt," she said reaching over to give him a hug. "Thank you so much."

"You know it's no problem Tia. Anytime you need to talk to me, you know how to reach me."

Just when they let go of each other, Jeff came knocking on Tia's window trying to open her car door.

"Let me in," he said trying to open the door.

She took off her seat belt and unlocked the door.

"Goodness. Are you ever gonna get out of this car," he said opening the door.

"I was coming."

"Well not fast enough." Jeff reached into the car and scooped her into his arms pulling her out.

"Jeff! What are you doing?!"

"I told you. You weren't moving fast enough."

"Just be careful of my back. It's really sensitive."

"I'd never hurt you intentionally babe," he said stopping at the front door and kissing her cheek.

He opened up the front door and they went inside.

"Thanks for the lift, but I think you can put me down now Hercules."

"It was nothing," he said putting her down and flexing his muscles for her.

She rolled her eyes. "You are so goofy."

"But you love me anyway," he said pulling her to him.

"You know I do," she said hugging him. She smiled thinking about how much she loved her relationship with Jeff. They had always been close like this, really affectionate with each other. Never anything really serious, just the really friendly stuff. They never did anything that might mess up their friendship.

"If you guys need me, I'll be in my room," she said letting go of Jeff.

"Hey. You okay," Jeff asked taking her face in his hands.

"Yeah. I just need a little me time. You know," she said quietly.

"Okay. If something's bothering you and you need to talk, you know how to get in touch with me right?"

"Yeah. Thanks Jeff."

She kissed him on the cheek and headed to her room. Jeff watched her as she went upstairs still thinking that something was bothering her.

"What's wrong little bro," Matt asked coming back into the living room with something to eat.

"Huh," he asked looking over at Matt.

"What's up? You look deep in thought."

"I think something's bothering Tia. I think it's got to do with what's going on with Jason. I'm not exactly sure, and I don't wanna jump to conclusions or anything, but I know she's stressing over something," he said looking back upstairs at her bedroom door which was now closed.

She went into her bedroom and plopped down face first on her bed. She laid her head down on her pillow and before she knew it, she had fallen asleep. ------18

Downstairs, the guys were getting their stuff packed up for their flight later that night. Adam and Jason were in their room and Adam decided to take this time to talk to Jason about what had been going on lately.

"Hey Jay, can I talk to you?"

"Sure, what's up? You and Allanah having problems again?"

"No. This is serious."

"You and Allanah having problems isn't considered serious?"

"It's about you and Tia."

He got quiet for a minute. "What about me and Tia?"

"Well, what's going on between you two?"

"Nothing."

"Oh come on. I saw you guys last night at the club. And when we came home, you guys were sleeping together. And then today at the tattoo shop."

"Is that why you and Matt are always so quiet when Tia and I walk into a room."

He shrugged his shoulders.

"What is it exactly that you think is going on between us? Because whatever it is, you're wrong."

"I don't know man. Why don't you tell me?"

"Nothing. Nothing is going on between us," he said getting defensive. "We're just friends. That's all we're ever going to be. She probably wouldn't have it any other way. Besides, she's with Andrew. They've been together since high school."

"Now you know better than anybody that they've been on and off since high school."

"Yeah, but she never came to me. She always went to Paul, and Jeff that one time. All we're ever going to be is friends."

He had to get him to admit his feelings for her. "And you would like to be more than friends?"

He was silent for a minute. "Yes," he said quietly. "Yes! I want to be with her forever. I want to be her everything. She's already mine. She's the one for me. I've known it since high school. Right when I met her. I just couldn't shake these feelings I had for her. I just didn't know what they were until recently. I'm in love with her Adam. I love her with all my being."

He wasn't expecting that. He never knew Jason felt this strongly about her. "Well, what do you plan to do about it?"

"I want to tell her. I would love nothing more than to tell her. But what if she rejected me? What if she got mad at me and hated me for it? I would hate to ruin our relationship now, but I can't go on living like this. I already think I may have screwed everything up by kissing her at the club and then again today, but, Adam. It was incredible. I know that that's how it should be. It just felt so right. Me and her, you know?"

Again Adam didn't know what to say. Jason had been with plenty of girls in their day and he had never, ever felt this way about any of them.

"You'll never know how she'll react if you never let her know. I'm not saying tell her right away, but when you feel the time is right, you've got to tell her. You never know, maybe she feels the same way about you, but she feels she has some sort of obligation or something to stay with Drew."

"Maybe you're right. I just don't wanna screw this whole thing up and lose her all together. I couldn't live with my self if I did."

"It'll be all right Jay. You guys just need some time to really think about things. You'll know when the time is right for the both of you to work this out."

"I guess you're right. Thanks man."

"No problem. If you ever need to talk about it, I'm here for you bro."

"Thanks again Adam. I really needed to tell someone before I went crazy."

They finished packing all their stuff and joined Matt and Jeff out in the living room.

Jason looked around and didn't see Tiara. Jeff must have read the expression on his face cause he answered the question before anyone even asked.

"She's upstairs in her room. She said she needed some time to herself for a little while. She looked like she had a lot on her mind."

Jason shook his head in understanding and went to join Adam on the couch. He sat down and started thinking about what might have been bothering Tia.

"I hope it's not because of me. I wouldn't know what to do if I was the cause of her unhappiness. I knew it. I screwed everything up by kissing her. What the hell was I thinking? I never should have done it. She probably doesn't even want to see me. This must be so awkward for her. She's already got Andrew to worry about and now I've added myself to the list of her worries. I am so selfish." ------19

A few hours later it was time for the guys to leave.

"Who's gonna go tell Tia it's time for us to go?"

"I'll go," Jeff volunteered heading up the stairs.

He knocked on her door and there was no answer. He opened up the door slowly and saw her laying on her bed. He walked over to the other side and saw her sleeping. He sat down gently next to her not really wanting to have to wake her up. He brushed the hair out of her face and gently tucked it behind her ear. He started to call her name softly.

"Tia. Tia. Babe, you gotta get up. We have to leave."

"What," she asked still groggy.

"You gotta get up. It's time for us to leave."

"Already," she asked sitting up in bed. "How long have I been asleep?"

"About three hours."

"Three hours," she asked amazed. "Why didn't somebody come wake me up?"

"You said you needed some time to yourself and I didn't want to bother you. You seemed like you had a lot on your mind. Plus we were all really into this movie."

"All you guys ever do is watch movies."

"Well we never get to see them when we're on the road."

"That's still no excuse."

"Come on downstairs. The guys wanna say good bye."

"All right."

He took her hand and they went downstairs to say good bye.

"Hey sleeping beauty. Unfortunately, it's time for us to leave," Adam said as he saw her coming down the stairs.

"Yeah, I know," she said giving him a hug. "Thank you guys SO much for coming. As usual, I had a blast. I miss hanging out with you guys so much."

She let Adam go and Jeff came up next.

"Now are you sure you're gonna be okay here all by yourself? Cause you know, if you need me to, I'll stay with you."

"Now you and I both know you can't do that. You have to get back to work. But I'll be fine. Don't worry about me."

"All right, but don't say that. I'm always gonna worry about you. Just like you worry about me doing all those crazy stunts in the ring. But if you need me, I'll be here in a heartbeat. Okay?"

"Okay."

He gave her a hug and a kiss and headed out the door.

"I'm gonna miss you girl," Matt said giving her a hug.

"I'm gonna miss you too Matt. Especially your cooking. You know I can't cook worth a lick."

He laughed, happy she was in a slightly better mood than earlier.

"Now you remember what I told you earlier. Don't stress too much okay? It will all come to you soon enough. Don't rush it."

"Okay."

"All right. I'll call you when we get in."

"Bye Matt," she said as he walked out the door.

And then there was Jason. He walked up to her and she got nervous.

"How the hell am I supposed to act," she asked herself. "Should I act like nothing happened? Damn, this is so confusing and awkward. Why did I let this happen?"

Jason sensed her uneasiness and felt kind of hurt that she felt that way around him. "Why did I do this to her? Now she's uncomfortable. Uncomfortable around me? She's never felt that way," he thought to himself. "This is so weird. How could I have done this to her? I feel like shit."

"Well, I guess I better be going. You know how Matt is about being on time," Jason said finally breaking the uncomfortable silence between them.

"Yeah."

More silence.

"Well, goodbye," she said with her arms out.

He stepped into her arms and held her close. "Oh god, I never wanna let go," she thought with her eyes closed tightly. A tear rolled down her cheek, but she wiped it away quickly before he could see it.

"I wish I could hold her like this forever," Jason thought at almost the same time. But he knew he had to let her go, so he did.

They stood there staring at each other intently before Adam started beeping the horn outside and snapped them both out of their daze.

"Well, I gotta go. I'll talk to you soon."

She just shook her head and watched him walk out the door. She stood in the doorway and watched as the car pulled out of the driveway and drove away.

"I love you Tia," Jason said silently as he stared out the car window.

"I love you Jason," she said to herself, and headed back upstairs to her room.
