Interview with Ivory
Credit: WrestlingObserver.com

One of Ivory's current favorite performers is Christian which brings both Chuck and James to their feet as they are proud members of the Christian Coalition. Yes, it's Peepulation 3 in this interview. :) Ivory discusses how Christian is such a super cool nerd on TV. Chuck and James laugh saying that is why they like him so much, they are both goofy, super cool, nerdy guys like Christian. But, they love his work both on the mic and in the ring. Ivory agrees and says he's clearly at least an upper level talent in need of a push. She then agrees that Chuck and James are funny, super cool nerds. They take it as a compliment as she explains that they are the kind of guys that get the girls.

Interview with Test (Credit www.JimmyVan.com)

What'd you think of the Un-American angle with Regal and Christian?
"Well it was just like the Hassan and Daivari thing right now. Yeah you get a lot of heat out of it but there's only so much you can do with that too."

I heard you and Christian are still pretty tight...
"We hang out all the time. Well he tries to hang out with me," Andrew joked.

You don't want him to cramp your style.
"No. I just go out because his wife's kinda hot," he said.

Word Association:
Jay Reso (Christian)
"The most underused guy on Raw. He should be... there's no reason that Christian shouldn't be World Champion. He is the funniest guy, he has the best character right now. Five-star matches every time. They're missing the boat on him."

It seems like they've recognized it because the fans are taking to him...
"How can you not? When you get to know Jay... that's who he is. He's finally getting to be... he's the nerd. That's what we call him, the nerd. And that's how he acts, just goofy like that. That's him. Finally he's getting the chance to be himself... the sad thing is, just because Jay's not 6'7" and 290 pounds, he's not gonna get a shot. But if Jay was 6'7" and 290 pounds, he wouldn't be as funny as he is."

WWE Chat with John Cena:
loosecannon asks, "Christian has recently been running his mouth about you. What are your opinions of him?
John Cena: He should just know that I'm always watching and I hear everything he says. As far as him saying that and getting away with that, it's not going to happen. I can't let that slide. He's gonna wish he never said anything.

WWE Program
With Christian's natural talent, he could have established a legacy on par with sports-entertainment's most vaunted heroes. Instead, he's allowed negativity to consume him, and his personal issues to colour the decisions he's made as a WWE superstar. Christian began his career on the fast track to success. He teamed with his brother Edge to win tag team gold while engaging in some of the most captivating tag matches in the history of the division. But then, jealousy reared its head, and Christian turned on his brother. Since then, Christian has often accused of being less concerned with achieving splendor and more consumed with hate. His most recent target has been Chris Jericho. Christian claims that he and Jericho were once "best friends" - although some say Christian exaggerated the nature of the relationship. Motivated by his jealousy of the "Ayatollah of Rock 'n' Roll-a," Christian humiliated Jericho at Wrestlemania XX by swiping his love interest, Trish Stratus. Today, Christian and Stratus are notorious for interfering in matches and disrespecting the traditions of the business - bringing along their personal "Problem Solver," Tyson Tomko to toss fuel on the fires they start.

May 13th, 2004 - Christian mentioned in TSN article
Hailing from the Toronto area, you cant find bigger Leaf fans than Christian, Edge and Trish Stratus. TSN.ca/wrestling's Double A and I had our very first interviews with WWE superstars at an XFL launch party three years ago, and Christian was the first star to step up to the mic with us.

As with just about any WWE Superstar, Christian was very polite and well-spoken. But when he saw the TSN microphone flash, he marked out! He immediately asked us if we thought Eric Lindros, who was sitting the season out with the Philadelphia Flyers at the time, would really be traded to his beloved Maple Leafs in a package for winger Sergei Berezin. Despite being on the road for 11 months of the year and rarely getting a chance to see Hockey Night in Canada, this guy was on top of the game like any other die-hard fan. He and Edge almost always make it a point to catch Leafs game when WWE in town, while Trish still catches games at the Air Canada Centre with friends and family in her off-time.

...Flair also told us about some backstage heat just weeks earlier, when Nature Boy was cheering for the U.S. and Jericho, Christian and Edge were cheering for Canada in the gold medal game at the 2002 Winter Olympics. Of course, everyone knows how that big game turned out, and the Canadian trio really let him have it. "I never heard the end of that one," he said with a blush.

May 8th, 2004 - Christian mentioned in the "Finisher"
The best way to pass time on a long car ride is
Edge:… music. Loud music! And making fun of Christian.

To Christian and Chris Jericho:
For your mentoring skills. For teaching us that a great personality, a belief in yourself, and last, but not least, having thousands of women watch your every move are great things. One of these days, "The Peeps" will realize that the "King of Bling-Bling" will always be the "Highlight of the Night," and that being a "Sexy Beast" is not easy to do.

DALLAS – Nov. 16, 2003 – A little more than a year ago, Superstars appeared on both RAW and SmackDown!, and they saw one another every week. But since the brand extension, RAW Superstars and SmackDown! Superstars get four “family reunions” a year. They only see one another at the “Big Four” combined pay-per-views – Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Survivor Series.

Rhyno also said he ran in to his old friend Christian at the gym.

“(Seeing Christian) 15 minutes once every two months is good enough,” he joked. “I’m sure he would say the same.”

Christian is partly responsible for one of the all-time catchphrases. Stone Cold Steve Austin's "WHAT?" liner came about after The Texas Rattlesnake decided to have a little fun with Christian's cell phone voice mail. "We were in a gym in Chicago working out and had a show that night in Champaign, Ill.," Christian said. "When we're bored on the road, we'll call each other and just talk about nothing. We just leave goofy messages for each other. He just left a goofy, 10-minute message where he was just driving down the road responding to questions he was asking himself. "I'm passing a rest stop. What? I said I'm passing a rest stop." I wished I had saved the message and transferred it to tape knowing how big it was going to get. For about the next two weeks, we were doing it backstage with one another. Then, one night he's in the ring doing a promo using the "WHAT?" and we're all thinking "He's not really doing that in the ring." So, Christian, has Austin shared any of his merchandise money? "Ah, I wish I saw some of that load of merch money."
